Keller Williams Southern Arizona’s Ell Real Estate Team has recently established its luxury residential real estate service branch in Tucson, Ell Exclusive Real Estate Group.

The contract took effect on October 1st.

One South Church, downtown Tucson’s tallest building will accommodate two new major tenants. Global engineering firm HDR signed a lease agreement for 9,659 square feet of space and flexible work space provider Regus will occupy the entire 12,659-square-foot 12th floor.

Redfin, a national real estate brokerage has expanded its operations to Tucson, Inside Tucson Business reported recently. The company’s services are available in Pima County, including Northwest, Northeast and Central Tucson.

The 428-unit residential complex at 7671 E. Tanque Verde Road in Tucson changed hands. Utah-based Chartwell Capital Partners, LLC acquired the asset from Holualoa Companies of Tucson for $21.3 million. The property was 94 percent leased at time of sale.

The Weitz Company, a national full-service construction firm has recently announced its selection to build the Hacienda at The River project for The Freshwater Group, Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc.’s acquisition, finance, design and development arm.

The first luxury multifamily project developed by Mark-Taylor in Pima County, the Villas at San Dorado has recently opened as part of a 24-acre mixed-use development that also includes a walkable shopping destination.
