With $112M Sale, DCT Industrial Exits Columbus Market
In a transaction that marks its departure from the metropolitan Columbus market, DCT Industrial Trust of Denver has sold a 3.5 million-square-foot portfolio in the Ohio capital to Exeter Property Group for $112.1 million, the REIT announced Monday.

Officials from The Pizzuti Companies and Memorial Hospital of Union County broke ground on November 14 on a new medical office building in Marysville, Ohio. The project was announced earlier this year. It is part of Memorial’s plans to relocate the urgent care center in order to provide patients with an even better experience.

Airport Wraps Phase 1 of $80 Million Terminal Upgrade
Renovations are finally complete at Port Columbus International Airport’s six-gate Concourse A, almost a year after the airport launched the $80 million terminal modernization program to upgrade its three-concourse terminal. The facelift is part of the project’s first phase.
