OPRS Breaks Ground on $30M Addition to Seniors Community

Westminster-Thurber, one of 11 retirement communities owned and managed by the Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services, has been serving Central Ohio for the last 48 years. Now, the community plans to expand with a new high-rise, its second just north of Downtown Columbus. It held a ground breaking ceremony for the project on December 4, on the Westminster-Thurber Community Campus, at 717 Neil Avenue.

Pizzuti, Memorial Hospital Start Work On $9.5M MOB In Marysville

Officials from The Pizzuti Companies and Memorial Hospital of Union County broke ground on November 14 on a new medical office building in Marysville, Ohio. The project was announced earlier this year. It is part of Memorial’s plans to relocate the urgent care center in order to provide patients with an even better experience.
