Capital One Names New Senior Vice President in Dallas

Capital One announced the appointment of Cathy Janke as Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Lending.

cathyCapital One announced the appointment of Cathy Janke as Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Lending. In this role, Janke will be responsible for originating and managing both agency and balance sheet loans. She is based in Dallas and will report to Senior Vice President and South-Central Market Manager, John Reichenbach, for Capital One Commercial Real Estate.

“Cathy brings a wealth of experience to Capital One,” said Reichenbach. “Her market knowledge and track record of success make her a great fit with our high performing organization, and highlight our commitment to support our clients throughout the region.”

Janke has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently she served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at U.S. Bank in Newport Beach, Calif. and was responsible for the origination and management of large and complex real estate loans for real estate operating companies, private developers, investors and REITs. Janke previously was a Vice President with Union Bank of California. She has extensive experience working in the Dallas market for Key Bank, Compass Bank, and Comerica Bank.

Janke is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. She has been deeply involved in the Girls, Inc. organization, including serving as a member of the executive leadership council for Girls, Inc.
