VanTrust Real Estate has completed the construction of Chandler Corporate Center. Last year, the company broke ground on the 117,000-square foot office property in Chandler, Ariz., where it plans to add more than 700 jobs. Layton Construction Co. worked as general contractor, while Butler Design Group provided architectural plans. According to Yardi Matrix, VanTrust obtained a $17.7 million construction loan for the project, provided and originated by JPMorgan Chase. VanTrust tapped Colliers International to manage leasing activity.

The newly completed Chandler Corporate Center sits on 11 acres, at 350 N. McClintock Drive, near Chandler Fashion Center. The two-story building features a glass, stone, wood and ceramic entrance and LED lighting fixtures. Ceiling heights range from 10 to 14 feet, with 58,588-square-foot floorplate plans. Potential leases are fixed at 114,000 square feet of contiguous space, according to Yardi Matrix. The building also features a passenger elevator and 703 parking spaces. Tenants will have immediate access to major thoroughfares such as Arizona State Route 101 and Loop 202, among various other amenities such as shopping and dining.

“There’s a significant demand for quality suburban office space in the area, and with 6 to 1,000 parking ratio and a regional mall nearby, this building offers an amenity rich location that is easily accessible from all parts of the Valley,” said Keith Earnest, executive vice president of VanTrust, in a prepared statement. The company plans to develop the remaining 15 acres in the near future.
