The Villages of  Louetta, a  gated multi-family complex in North Houston’s Spring  district, has come to market, Citybizlist reported. The seller is a joint venture between Prudential Real Estate Investors, on behalf of one of its advisory clients, and the project developer.

Completed in 2005, the 300-unit Class A complex  encompasses a nearly 18-acre parcel. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.’s capital markets unit is handling the assignment, led by managing directors Greg Austin and Chip Nash, and vice presidents Sean Clancy and Wade Schmitz. Tom Fish, a Jones Lang LaSalle executive managing director, is providing capital markets advisory services on the transaction.
