The Class A properties are located in Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket. Deerfield Point is located at 12725 and 12735 Morris Road and consists of two office buildings, constructed between 1998 and 2001. Totaling more than 208,000 square feet, the four-story properties feature a fitness center, walkable nearby amenities and four parking spaces per 1,000 square feet.
Located at 5900 Windward Parkway, the four-story Windward Pointe was completed in 1997 and offers 131,732 square feet of office space with ample parking. The building underwent extensive upgrades in 2014 to renovate common areas and to add a take-out dining option operated on a rotating basis by nine restaurants in the area.
“These properties offer top-quality office space in a range of sizes, with ample parking and quick access to Ga. Highway 400 via Deerfield Parkway and Windward Parkway,” said Davis, in prepared remarks. “In addition to that, they are located adjacent to walkable amenities such as great dining, shopping and hotel options. This is a unique offering for tenants in North Fulton,” he added.
