Hard Rock Hotel Dalian will be the brand’s third property in Mainland China and is scheduled for completion in 2018. The brand has projects currently underway in Shenzhen and Haikou. Drawing more than five million visitors each year with its expansive coastlines and easily accessible beaches, Dalian is one of China’s youngest cities and a top beach destination.

“With the Chinese travel industry quickly changing as leisure demand grows, we feel the music-centric programming at Hard Rock Hotels will resonate well with Chinese travelers who visit Dalian each year,” said Leong Wy Joon, senior vice president of hotel development, Asia and India at Hard Rock International, in prepared remarks.

The upcoming Hard Rock Hotel Dalian will offers amenities for guests such as multiple dining establishments, as well as a stylish nightclub for hosted events, DJ sets and live music performances. The two partners will open a fully branded experiential space with more than Hard Rock’s collection of more than 80,000 legendary items named Hard Rock Hotels Preview Center. The interactive Preview Center will be located directly adjacent to the hotel’s building site and is scheduled for completion by spring 2016.
