Cornerstone at Lake Mary Reaches Full Occupancy
Tyler Wilkins of Crossman & Co. negotiated a new lease at the Publix-anchored Cornerstone at Lake Mary, which brought the shopping center to complete occupancy.

A new, long-term lease at the Cornerstone at Lake Mary shopping center in Orlando has brought the 63,924-square-foot development to 100 percent occupancy. Associate Tyler Wilkins of Crossman & Company recently negotiated the lease, representing local landlord Cornerstone at Lake Mary, Ltd. in the transaction.
The new tenant, Florida Autism Center, signed up for a 3,324-square-foot outparcel building at the center, which is located just off H.E. Thomas Parkway at 825 Rinehart Road in Lake Mary. The Tallahassee-based organization, which serves children with a variety of development disabilities, currently has five locations throughout North and Central Florida.
The Cornerstone at Lake Mary shopping center is situated at the entrance of the upscale Lake Mary neighborhood, Timacuan. Anchored by Publix, the property is home to a mix of local and national retailers, including Leslie’s Pools, Jersey Mikes and Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria.
