Colonnade on Fifth Picks Fresh Produce
Fresh Produce is the latest retailer to join the roster of tenants at Colonnade on Fifth in Naples, Fla., following an agreement with Continental Realty Corporation.

Lifestyle brand Fresh Produce has recently signed a lease for space within Colonnade on Fifth, Continental Realty Corporation announced. Colonnade on Fifth is a 25,000-square-foot mixed-use project located at 600 Fifth Ave. in Naples. Leasing Manager Kristina O’Keefe of Continental Realty Corporation represented the landlord in this transaction.
The new tenant is a chain of retail boutiques specializing in women’s clothing and accessories. The Fresh Produce store is expected to open in December 2015. It joins retailers including Chico’s, Soma, Huntington Bank, and the latest addition to the tenant roster, Protocol, another specialty retailer of women’s clothing and accessories that signed a lease with CRC earlier in March and opened its store this fall.
“The addition of another unique women’s clothing boutique to Colonnade on Fifth complements the existing shopping synergy of this portion of Fifth Avenue, enhancing the overall shopping experience for the customer” O’Keefe said in a statement. “Fresh Produce is a highly-recognized brand with a loyal following, and their decision to relocate from another site in Naples will benefit our entire tenant mix,” she added.
