NH Hotel Group has entered into an agreement to manage The Marker Hotel, a 187-key hotel in Dublin. The company plans to rebrand the property in the upcoming months into an Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, which will mark the first Anantara property in Europe. The hotel is owned by Deka Immobilien.

Located at Grand Canal Square Dockland, Dublin 2, in the heart of Dublin’s cultural hub, Docklands, the six-floor hotel provides convenient access to Dublin’s city center, situated approximately 1.1 miles away.

The property features a mix of 166 deluxe rooms, 18 executive rooms and three suites, as well as common-area amenities such as a ground floor bar and restaurant, rooftop lounge, indoor and outdoor area, 75-foot swimming pool, spa with five spacious treatment rooms and a designated relaxation area. Additionally, The Marker Hotel includes a jacuzzi, fitness center, steam room and nine adaptable spaces for meetings and events for people ranging between 20 and 250 guests.

Earlier in August, Deka Immobilien acquired 6Y, an 11-story creative office building in Portland
