Woodside Health Acquires Orlando Medical Property
The campus is 84 percent leased.
Woodside Health has acquired Moss Park Medical Center, a two-building, 38,000-square-foot medical office property in Orlando, Fla. The investment is part of an ongoing joint venture relationship between Woodside Health and Heitman.
The property’s previous owner was AEW Capital Management, according to Yardi Matrix. AEW acquired the property in 2021 from PrimeMed Realty. The campus was completed in 2017 and is rated Class B.
A Woodside Health spokesperson declined to disclose the transaction’s dollar value.

The 4-acre campus is located at 10920–10962 Moss Park in the Lake Nona submarket. It’s 84 percent leased to various health-care providers, including AdventHealth.
Woodside has picked up several medical office assets nationwide over the past year. In May, Woodside acquired the 40,000-square-foot Building 400 at Meadowmont Crossing, in Chapel Hill, N.C., from SITE Centers. In March, Woodside purchased Greenfield Medical Office Building, a 29,828-square-foot, fully occupied medical outpatient facility in Gilbert, Ariz.
And in November 2025, the company bought Pinnacle Medical Outpatient Building, a 37,486-square-foot medical facility in Bend, Ore., marking the firm’s first investment in the state.
