Suburban NJ Retail Center Reaches Full Occupancy
In a deal brokered by Wolf Commercial Real Estate, Burn Boot Camp signed a 6,000-square-foot lease, joining a roster of tenants comprising Panera Bread and EyeDesigns.

Burn Boot Camp has signed a lease with Voorhees Office Center, an entity affiliated with John Dugan Jr., to occupy 6,000 square feet at its premium retail center in Voorhees, N.J. The lease marks the workout camp’s third location in the Southern New Jersey market.
The property is located at 1140 White Horse Road, in the vicinity of highly traveled major thoroughfares such as Interstate 295, Route 70, the New Jersey Turnpike and Haddonfield-Berlin Road. Echelon Village Plaza is adjacent to the building, while a wide variety of retailers, services, accommodation options, parks and communities are all nearby.
Burn Boot Camp’s lease brings the retail center’s occupancy to full capacity. The other tenants are Panera Bread and EyeDesigns. Amenities include abundant parking and landscaped surroundings.
Wolf Commercial Real Estate Vice President & Principal Christopher Henderson represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
