Cushman & Wakefield Adds Chris Browne as President, Client Service Delivery
Meet Chris Browne, former JLL CEO of Americas Corporate Solutions and the new president of Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Service Delivery platform.

Chicago–Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced that Chris Browne has joined the firm as president of the company’s Client Service Delivery division.
Browne will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Strategic Consulting and Portfolio Administration service lines. Additionally, he will have oversight of the company’s client-facing technology and strategic sourcing platform. Browne will report to Steve Quick, CEO of Global Occupier Services.

Browne joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where he was most recently COO, Americas Corporate Solutions. At JLL, he was also responsible for Corporate Solutions’ HR and IT business strategy as well as Americas’ business intelligence and data management strategies. Prior to JLL, he held a global leadership role with Hewlett-Packard and an Americas and EMEA leadership role at CBRE. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne and earned an MBA at the University of Illinois Chicago.
