Westin Hotels & Resorts To Open 454-Key Hotel in Nashville

Developed by Castlerock Asset Management and managed by Wischermann Partners, the new Westin Nashville will offer 454 guestrooms and suites.

Nashville, Tenn.—Westin Hotels & Resorts is set to open a new hotel in downtown Nashville by fall 2016. The 454-key Westin Nashville is owned and developed by Castlerock Asset Management LLC and managed by Wischermann Partners Inc.

Located at 807 Clark Place, Westin Nashville will offer design-led guestrooms and suites, a spa, two signature restaurants, rooftop swimming pool, live entertainment, 20,000 square feet of meeting space and private space in the rooftop venue.

Westin Nashville is situated adjacent to Music City Center, South Broadway, as well as Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Other nearby attractions include the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, Frist Center for the Visual Arts and The Grand Ole Opry.
