Austin, Texas—Falcon Realty Advisors announced the opening of their new office in Austin, following a major growth of the company’s client portfolio in Central Texas over the past few years. The new branch of the Dallas-based firm will be run by Travis Heinrichs who has been with Falcon for three years. Recently, Heinrichs served as director of investments and now he will not only lead the company’s growing office in Austin, but also get involved in site selection, deal underwriting and project development in the greater Austin and San Antonio areas.
“There’s both an art and a science of tenant representation—we have a deep understanding of both as it’s the only thing we do. Travis’ comprehensive understanding of the evolving market makes him perfectly suited to lead our continuous expansion among local and national markets,” Tim Hughes, president & CEO of Falcon Realty Advisors, said in a prepared statement.
The new Austin branch will operate as an extension of Falcon’s headquarters in Dallas, which means it will continue operations within its tenant representation services and development of its build-to-suit platform. Currently, the new office is recruiting brokers and new team members.
Falcon Realty Advisors is a real estate company specializing exclusively in representation of retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants for real estate strategy, construction and development. Their Austin portfolio includes top retailers such as Whole Foods, Robbins Brothers and iPic Theaters.
