Timothy Pulte Joins Colliers Leadership Team in Philly

The industry veteran will serve as senior executive vice president and oversee the company’s industrial and office brokerage divisions in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware.

Timothy Pulte has joined Colliers International’s senior management team in Philadelphia as senior executive vice president. Pulte will manage and support the company’s industrial and office brokerage divisions in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware.

With more than three decades of industry experience, Pulte served in a variety of roles. He used to be COO of the Delaware River Port Authority, where he was responsible for corporate operations, facility management, real estate, security, fleet operations, food service and capital improvements across all assets owned by the authority. There, he managed an annual operating budget of $40 million. Previous positions include:

  • president & partner at GVA Smith Mack
  • vice president of land acquisition at Pulte Homes
  • senior vice president of GMH Capital Partners
  • executive vice president & managing director of Grubb & Ellis

“He is an expert in building and developing entrepreneurial enterprises and implementing successful business plans as well as a trusted and informed advisor,” said Doug Sayer, president & CEO of Colliers International in Philadelphia, in a prepared statement.

In 2016, Colliers International’s Philadelphia team closed on the $14.9 million sale of the Pennsylvania Lottery building in Middletown, Pa.
