KS Partners has expanded its lease with Aras Corp., a product life cycle management software company, at its one million-square-foot Andover Landing at Brickstone Square office park in Andover, Mass. Aras is relocating and plans to stay on as a tenant after ten years at the campus, moving from 27,772 square feet at 300 Brickstone Square to 65,298 square feet at 100 Brickstone Square next spring.

After three years of 70 percent growth and a private equity investment, Aras needed to upgrade its corporate headquarters to add space to hire engineers and an Executive Briefing Center for its growing international customer base,” Aras Founder & CEO Peter Schroer said in a prepared statement.

Campus makeover

The owners have completed a series of capital improvements to the three-building office campus, which features a 25,000-square-foot, full-service cafeteria, Bright Horizons day care facility, game room, fitness center with yoga room, patio seating, recreational spaces, flexible conference rooms, on-site property management and 3,000 parking spaces. The property is close to major roads such as interstates 495 and 93. Neighborhood amenities include restaurants, hotels and retailers.

CBRE/New England’s Kerry Hawkins, Jason Levendusky and Jake Borden represented the landlord in the transaction, while The Stevens Group’s Deb Stevens acted on behalf of the tenant. A team comprising Levendusky and Borden were also assigned the leasing of a three-building office portfolio in Wilmington, Mass.
