SK Commercial Realty to Develop 2 Atlanta-Area MOB
A 21,300-square-foot building will be delivered in November, while a 35,500-square-foot one is scheduled to come online in September 2020.

SK Commercial Realty has announced the development of a 21,300-square-foot and a 35,500-square-foot medical office building in Marietta, Ga. The first project is slated for completion in November this year. Construction of the second phase is set to begin at the same time and wrap up in September 2020.
Located at 620 & 660 Cherokee St. in the northwest Atlanta submarket, the assets will be adjacent to WellStar’s new ER site and close to WellStar Kennestone Hospital. The smaller building will be leased to OrthoAtlanta, Georgia Hand, Shoulder & Elbow and nMotion Hand and Physical Therapy.
The surrounding area is home to several other medical related businesses. According to Tom Kirbo, president of SK Commercial Realty, the assets will be situated within a 1.8 million-square-foot medical and professional space at a 96 percent occupancy.
This May, SK Commercial welcomed Scott Martin as senior vice president. In his new role, Martin will handle marketing and leasing for office and medical properties.
