Located on 2.5 acres at 8900 E Bahia Drive, the property offers easy access to Loop 101. Built as an office condominium, the three-story building offers 40,000 square feet of office space with 14-foot clear heights and sliding doors on the second and third floors.

National Horseman Magazine purchased 5,000 square feet of space on the building’s first floor, leaving 3,600 square feet available. The second floor has been leased by Ingenu, while the third floor has been broken into three separate office suites, which are currently up for sale. Designed by Phoenix-based PHArchitecture and Jacobi Interiors, the asset is a speculative building that “will serve businesses in the area for years to come”, LGE Design Build President David Sellers noted in an official press statement.
