The off-price retail division of Saks Fifth Avenue launched a new 42,000 square-foot store in Overlook at King of Prussia shopping center.

Saks OFF 5TH, the off-price retail division of Saks Fifth Avenue, opened a new 42,000-square-foot store in King of Prussia, Pa. The new store offers more than 800 brands and a growing selection of luxury designer fashion.

Located at 310 Goddard Blvd., in the Overlook at King of Prussia shopping center, next to King of Prussia Mall, the new store occupies the space last used by Nordstrom Rack. The new Saks OFF 5TH store features an open, modern layout and playful graphics. Tenants at the Overlook at King of Prussia also include Bahama Breeze, Best Buy and iFLY.

“Our new store will offer shoppers convenient access to our curated assortment of emerging designer labels and well-known luxury brands,” Jonathan Greller, president of Saks OFF 5TH and Gilt, said in a prepared statement. Last year, Saks OFF 5TH opened a 33,000-square-foot store in D.C.
