Peak Campus to Manage 2,000-Bed Student Housing Portfolio
High View Place, Maverick Place, Rebel Place and Spring Place are the four student housing communities that will be managed by Peak Campus. Waypoint Campus Housing LLC acquired the portfolio for $102 million in May.

Peak Campus has been selected to manage a four-building student housing portfolio totaling 2,062 beds. The portfolio includes: High View Place, a 204-unit community located in San Antonio; Maverick Place, a 116-unit property in Arlington, Texas; Rebel Place, a 156-unit asset in Las Vegas; and Spring Place, a 168-unit property in Greensboro, N.C. The properties were acquired by Waypoint Campus Housing LLC, an affiliate of Waypoint Residential, for $102 million.

Each community is located minutes from campus and feature between one- and four-bedroom units. An all-inclusive amenity package including fitness centers, business centers, clubhouses, swimming pools, volleyball and/or basketball courts and outdoor social and grilling areas is offered by each property.
All of the communities are garden-style and were built in 2009. High View Place serves students of University of Texas at San Antonio, Maverick Place caters to students of University of Texas at Arlington, Rebel Place serves students of University of Nevada Las Vegas, and Spring Place attracts students of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
