The company bought the 168-unit property from Waypoint Residential, which acquired the asset in 2017, in a portfolio transaction.
Peak Campus to Manage 2,000-Bed Student Housing Portfolio
High View Place, Maverick Place, Rebel Place and Spring Place are the four student housing communities that will be managed by Peak Campus. Waypoint Campus Housing LLC acquired the portfolio for $102 million in May.
Waypoint Acquires 288-Unit Student Housing
The company plans to redevelop the student housing into conventional apartments. Renovations will be made to the unit interiors, as well as to the exterior.
