This will be the developer’s second building at an industrial park south of the city.

PNK Group has begun construction on PNK 200, a speculative industrial facility totaling about 1 million square feet in Griffin, Ga., outside Atlanta.
The facility will feature 40-foot clear heights, an 8-inch reinforced slab, 50-by56-foot bays with 60-foot speed bays, 194 dock doors, four drive-in doors, a 185-foot truck court and parking for 245 trailers and 480 cars.
Distinctive features of PNK Group buildings reportedly include R-25 enhanced roof insulation, a 30-year roof membrane warranty and three-layer insulated reinforced concrete walls.

PNK Griffin 200 is the second facility at the industrial park. Just last month, PNK completed a 306,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility built to suit for Rinnai America Corp.
The site is located at 35 S. McDonough Road, Griffin, which is south of Atlanta along U.S. 41. PNK noted in prepared remarks that Griffin is well established as an industrial cluster, with easy access to Interstate 75, and is already home to a variety of manufacturing and other industrial companies, including Caterpillar, International Paper, Mitsui Kinzoku Die-Casting Technology Co., Norcom Inc. and Hoshizaki America.
Other recent PNK news came in July 2025, the company leased the entirety of a 252,282-square-foot warehouse in Allenwood, Pa., to ModCorr, a manufacturer of prefab components for the construction and expansion of correctional facilities. The asset is part of the five-building PNK Park Allenwood at Great Stream Commons campus.
Atlanta industrial update
Atlanta’s industrial market opened 2026 with development momentum, as the metro’s construction pipeline expanded sharply from last year’s level, according to a Yardi Matrix report. The region’s industrial space under construction totaled 10.2 million square feet at the end of February, accounting for 1.7 percent of total stock.
Atlanta delivered 746,368 square feet of industrial space in the first two months of 2026 across three properties, representing 0.1 percent of total stock. The metro ranked near the bottom of the peer group for industrial completions during the period, ahead of only Kansas City, which recorded 207,792 square feet.
