The Pac-!2 athletic conference’s integrated media affiliate has signed an 11-year lease for 70,000 square feet at 370 Third Street in San Francisco, the San Francisco Business Times reported. Kilroy Realty Corp., the building’s owner, acquired the 400,000-square-foot property in the city’s South Market district, formerly owned by Pacific Bell, in a $92 million deal last month.
Pac-12 Enterprises’ lease follows its recent $3 million broadcasting deal with the ESPN and Fox Sports networks. The conference is likely to expand at its new location as it plans on building a new broadcast studio as well as relocating its 150-person marketing office. Pac-12 will continue to maintain its headquarters in its current Walnut Creek location.
