NKF Expands Philadelphia VAS Team
The Valuation & Advisory group rapidly grows nationally and locally. NKF's Philadelphia office hired two veterans with approximately 45 years of combined real estate experience.
NKF has added four more members to its Valuation & Advisory office in Philadelphia. NKF’s VAS division, headquartered in New York and Houston, rapidly expanded during 2017, from 15 to more than 300 employees across 22 states. The four new hires will work under Senior Managing Director Joseph Pasquarella.
With 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, John Gasparre will take on the role of senior vice president in the team. Gasparre will be responsible for market analysis and valuations of multiple asset classes and several types of mortgage financing. Prior to joining NKF, he worked at CBRE for more than 13 years, eventually earning the title of vice president of valuation. He oversaw the start-up of the CBRE New Orleans VAS group. He previously served as a retail investment broker & appraiser with a firm acquired by CBRE in 2003.
“We are excited to be adding more talent to our Philadelphia office and to offer clients real time market data and the skills of nationally recognized specialty practice leaders. Our local Valuation & Advisory expansion is reflective of NKF’s national strategy to attract the best talent to service our clients’ needs,” said Pasquarella in a prepared statement.
Also joining the Philadelphia team will be Stephen Cook as first vice president, along with Analysts Andrew Barbato and Joseph Zakrzewski. Cook has 10 years of real estate experience, with a focus on industrial assets within the suburban Philadelphia, central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania markets. Cook also worked at CBRE as a senior appraiser for more than four years, operating in the same areas.
