NKF Adds Member to Valuation and Advisory Team

The company named Drew Robinson, a 15-year commercial real estate veteran, senior vice president. Most recently, he served as vice president at CBRE.

Newmark Knight Frank has hired Drew Robinson as senior vice president within its valuation and advisory team in the Atlanta area. A member of the retail and regional malls specialty practice group, Robinson has 15 years of experience in valuing different types of commercial real estate, including regional shopping malls and lifestyle retail centers, high-profile government buildings, Class A urban offices, industrial facilities and multifamily communities.

Prior to joining NKF, Robinson worked for 14 years with CBRE as vice president, where he was also in charge of valuing commercial properties. He also served as an expert witness in property tax appeals. His area of expertise spanned the Southeastern U.S., including Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Headquartered in New York and Huston, NKF’s valuation and advisory team has been focusing on expanding its practice throughout the country. The most recent acquisition encompassed two Integra Realty Resources offices in Colorado and California.
