Pompano Beach, Fla.—An industrial asset in Pompano Beach has recently traded hands for $1.43 million. The 15,656-square-foot property is located at 2150 NW 33rd St. The purchase price translates into $91.34 per square foot. Constructed in 1988, the building is situated on a 1.02-acre site within the Whispering Lakes Industrial Park development near the intersection of Sample and Powerline Roads in Pompano.

The deal closed in mid-December, and Senior Managing Partners Michael Rauch and Tom Robertson of CRE Rauch, Lupo, Robertson & Co. completed the sale. The team represented the seller, ACE Investment Holdings in the transaction. After multiple offers, the acquisition took just more than 45 days to complete, according to the commercial real estate firm. Allied Bingo Supplies of Florida, Inc. purchased the property.

“The industrial market In Broward County has been tightening since 2013 as values and rents have increased steadily over this period,” Rauch said in a prepared statement. “This tightening has made it more difficult for owner/users to find a suitable property and has been the primary reason for the increasing values,” he added.
