NAI Partners has arranged a 12,375-square-foot industrial sublease located at 3900 Claymoore Drive in Houston for MOC Central LLC, the exclusive provider of MOC Products in the central United States.

Part of The Claymoore Business Park, Suite 100 features 1,905 square feet of office space and 10,470 square feet of industrial space. Along with 24-foot clear heights, the property also features four overhead doors and one drive-in ramp.

NAI Partners Vice President Darren O’Conor and Partner & Industrial Division Leader John Ferruzzo represented the sublessee, MOC Central LLC. Nathan Wynne, senior associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial services group, represented the sublessor during the negotiations.

Situated near the Energy Corridor, the property offers easy access to Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road. McDonald’s, Taco Cabana, Subway and Burger King are all nearby.

In a recent deal, NAI Partners was selected to oversee all leasing and property management at the Kingwood Place I, II, III and IV office assets in Kingwood, Texas.
