Old Dominion Prepares for Grand Opening of Whitehaven Service Center

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is celebrating as it is preparing for the opening of their new Whitehaven service center on October 20th. The 267-door facility will provide direct service to western Tennessee – Memphis, Millington, Bartlett and Somerville – to east Arkansas – West Memphis, Wynne and Forrest City – and to northern Mississippi – Southaven, Olive Branch, Byhalia and Greenwood.

266 Developer Moving Forward with Mixed-Use Project for Downtown Memphis

Downtown Memphis might become home to a new, mixed-use project at the southeast corner of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and South Front Street. Operating under an entity called 266 Developer, LLC, Robert Mallory, John Dicken and Vince Smith have just made a request for a 10-year payment in-lieu-of-tax incentive to the Center City Revenue Finance Corp (CCRFC) for the development of a 145-unit residential complex.

Memphis West Clinic LLC, an entity belonging to law firm Oberdier Ressmeyer LLP, recently purchased The West Clinic cancer center at 1580 Union Ave. and two vacant parcels for approximately $6 million.
