Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of West Side Storage, a 44,500-square-foot facility in Springtown, Texas. The brokerage firm worked on behalf of the seller, a private owner, who was also the developer of the property. A Fort Worth-based operator acquired the facility.

Situated at 1050 West Highway 199, the facility is exposed to more than 1,700 cars per day and is around 28 miles from downtown Fort Worth. The 15-building storage facility was constructed in two phases in 1999 and in 2018 on 3.4 acres and comprises a total of 278 non-climate-controlled units. The storage spaces range from 100 to 300 square feet. West Side Storage features gated entry, garage-style roll-up doors, pitched metal roofs, perimeter fencing and lighting and security cameras.

Marcus & Millichap’s brokerage team included Senior Vice President Brandon Karr and Senior Associate Danny Cunningham. Earlier this year, the group also arranged the sale of an 81,050-square-foot facility in Corsicana, Texas.
