TampaMarcus & Millichap has announced the sale of the 94-key Hampton Inn & Suites in Wesley Chapel, Fla. The terms of the sale were undisclosed.

Jonathan Ruprai, senior director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group in Tampa, along with Dennis Hopper, a senior associate also in Tampa, represented the seller and secured the buyer, a subsidiary of Nimbus Investment Fund LP, an independent affiliate of Westlake, Ohio-based Emerald Hospitality Associates Inc., which will also manage the property.

“Hampton Inn & Suites is a highly sought after brand, and the location at Wesley Chapel true to form generated numerous offers when the property was being marketed,” said Ruprai. “Attracted by the hotel’s strong performance, location and demographics, the new owner is positioned to benefit from the tremendous growth transforming Wesley Chapel.”

The Hampton Inn & Suites is located at 2740 Cypress Ridge Blvd., and sits directly off of Interstate 75, providing the hotel with high visibility. The hotel is in close proximity to Cypress Creek Town Center, and just minutes from Busch Gardens and the Highwoods Preserve Corporate Park.

The all-suite hotel features complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, business center as well as 1,230 square feet of flexible meeting space and a convenience store.
