Tentindo Kendall Canniff & Keefe LLP has signed a 15,000-square-foot lease renewal in Boston’s Hood Park campus. The 1.2 million-square-foot, 20-acre urban campus is undergoing comprehensive renovations, as the owner aims to bring all of its facilities to the Class A standard.

The law firm will move to 510 Rutherford Ave., one of three buildings located in the master-planned campus, which is in Boston’s oldest neighborhood, Charlestown. The property offers an on-site fitness center, cafĂ©, green spaces and walkways, as well as zipcars and electric vehicle charging stations.

Amenity-filled neighborhood

The transit-oriented office complex is steps away from the MBTA Orange Line and Interstate 93, providing easy and quick transportation throughout the area, as well as to and from Cambridge, Mass., and Somerville, Mass. Neighborhood amenities include an office park, hotels, retailers, waterfront parks, restaurants, cafes and the vibrant Kendall Square, Assembly Row and NorthPoint neighborhoods.

Freudenheim Partners Executive Vice Presidents Christopher Rogers and Ellen Fantini Cullinan represented the tenant in the transaction, while Newmark Knight Frank acted on behalf of the owner, an entity affiliated with Catamount Management Corp., public records show.

“TKCK has been extremely successful and continues to grow their business. Their goal was to expand their footprint to accommodate for new hires and stay within the inner suburbs. It was a real team effort between all parties to piece together the additional space within their current building at a cost-effective price,” Rogers said in a prepared statement.

Freudenheim Partners also recently facilitated an office lease in Boston for global health research company TriNetX.
