Joint Venture Develops New AC by Marriott Hotel near Phipps Plaza
Simon Property Group joined forces with Noble Investment Group to bring a new Marriott hotel to Phipps Plaza. The new facility will represent the hospitality giant’s AC Hotels by Marriott brand. The retail real estate leader and the private equity hospitality firm announced the AC by Marriott Buckhead project on Wednesday, 24 September.
The Harbour Luxury Condo Comes to Biscayne Boulevard
Key International and 13th Floor teamed up to deliver another luxury residential project, this time to North Miami Beach. The team behind the new community has previously worked together on projects like 400 Sunny Isles, Mint, The Ivy, Eden House and 1010 Brickell. The Harbour is a 330-unit waterfront condominium at 16385 Biscayne Boulevard created by Corwil Architects and The Design Agency, an interior designer company based in Toronto.

HFF announced closing the sale of a Class A suburban office portfolio totaling 314,399 square feet in Austin; they’ve represented the seller, Intercontinental Real Estate Group. The buildings involved in the transaction are Stonecreek I and II and Canyon at Wild Basin. The financial details of the transactions were undisclosed, but both properties were sold clear of any existing debt.
