JB Matteson Acquires Northshore Townhomes in Kenmore in $22M Deal
A rental condominium property in Kenmore, WA is the latest asset to become part of JB Matteson’s shopping spree on the West Coast. The San Mateo, CA-based private real estate investment manager recently acquired the Northshore Townhomes from seller Grosvenor Americas USA for a fee of $22.1 million. The property is the third multifamily asset acquired by the company during the past few years, joining the Langara Apartments in Issaquah and the Greenhouse Apartments in Seattle. The transaction was arranged by a CBRE team.
Hyatt Place Cleveland/Independence Sold to Lone Star Funds as Part of 38-Hotel Portfolio
The Hyatt Place Cleveland/Independence is changing hands. The Northeast Ohio property is one of 38 hotels Hyatt Hotels Corporation has agreed to sell to Texas-based Lone Star Funds for about $590 million.

American Traffic Solutions Picks Mesa Office Campus for 108 KSF Headquarters
American Traffic Solutions (ATS), a provider of traffic safety, mobility and compliance solutions, recently made public its plan to relocate over 600 employees to The Waypoint in Mesa, a new Class A office campus. The company will consolidate operations in one of two new buildings that are being developed by owner Harvard Investments and development partner Lincoln Property Company (LPC).
