Kidder Mathews Makes New Hires
Sean McNamara has joined Kidder Mathews’ Portland, Ore., office, where he will specialize in sales and leasing of industrial properties.

Kidder Mathews has appointed Sean McNamara as vice president. He will be based in Kidder’s Portland, Ore., office and will be responsible for the selling and leasing industrial properties throughout the Portland area.
Prior to joining the company, McNamara worked at Capacity Commercial group LLC, where he served as a senior associate broker for nearly five years. He has extensive experience working with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. McNamara specializes in industrial sales and leasing, tenant/buyer representation, landlord representation and 1031 exchanges. McNamara holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Portland State University.
Kidder Mathews is expanding its offices in California, too, having recently hired a new senior vice president to oversee the company’s San Diego investment properties.Â
