Kidder Mathews Adds New San Diego VP
Veteran broker Peter Quinn has joined Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office. In his new role, he will be responsible for the company’s investment properties.

Peter Quinn has joined Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office as a senior vice president where he will focus on investment properties.
Quinn has 35 years of brokerage experience, specializing in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he worked for McKinney Advisory Group. He started his career with CBRE in Newport Beach before he began developing and investing in commercial real estate in 1985. His clients include Bank of America, Eastman Kodak, Eli Lilly and Wells Fargo. Quinn also led Voit Development’s San Diego office from 2003 to 2007.
Kidder Mathews has been expanding in Southern California, recently acquiring Alden Management Group and Heger Industrial. The firm now has more than 700 employees in 20 states.
