Kidder Mathews Hires VPs to San Diego Office

Industry veterans Robert Black and Sean McNee have a combined 30 years of experience in the seniors housing and healthcare sectors.

Kidder Mathews has appointed commercial brokerage team Robert Black and Sean McNee as vice presidents of the company’s San Diego office. Black and McNee come from Newmark Knight Frank and specialize in seniors housing and healthcare investment sales nationwide. 

Together, they have more than 30 years of experience and have been involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of more than $3 billion worth of total consideration in senior housing and healthcare properties.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Black and McNee held the positions of senior managing directors at Newmark Knight Frank. Before that, both spent several years at Cushman & Wakefield. Black holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Colorado Boulder, while McNee is a graduate of University of San Diego.

In late 2018, Kidder Mathews opened its fourth Los Angeles office and hired 21 new brokers and staff, including commercial real estate veterans Darrell Levonian, Charles DeSantis, Tanel Harunzade, Kyle Gulock, Justin Mendelson and Janet Neman.
