KBS Welcomes Ingenu to Horizon Tech Center
San Diego's Horizon Tech Center welcomes tech company to its tenant roster.

San Diego – The Horizon Tech Center in San Diego recently expanded its tenant roster after owner KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II completed a new leasing agreement. New tenant Ingenu is a company that focuses in connectivity solutions for devices that connect to the ever-growing Internet of Things.

Ingenu inked a deal for 27,855 square feet of office space at the tech center. JLL representative Jay Alexander handled KBS REIT II’s end of the transaction, while the new tenant was represented by Colliers International’s Ron Miller.
The tenant is working on its Machine Network project, the largest IoT network that will be aimed at providing connectivity for machine-to-machine devices.
Located at 10301, 10325 & 10343 Meanley Drive, the Horizon Tech Center offers a total of 157,884 square feet of space. The three LEED Gold-certified office buildings were developed in 2008 and occupy an 11.35-acre site in San Diego’s Scripps Ranch community, offering great proximity to the I-15.
