Generational Group, a middle market investment banking firm, has moved its headquarters from Dallas Parkway to one of the metro’s largest mixed-use developments—CityLine. JLL led negotiation efforts on behalf of the new tenant, which will occupy 30,794 square feet.

The company will move its offices roughly 11 miles to the northeast, from 14241 Dallas Parkway to 3661 N. Plano Road in Richardson. Located just south of the Bush Turnpike interchange and less than half a mile from a DART stop, CityLine is easily accessible from Dallas and the northern suburbs. The development encompasses almost 4,000 apartments as well as 230,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space. In 2017, 3400 CityLine ranked seventh in top 10 Dallas office completions, according to Yardi Matrix data.

JLL Managing Director Steve Thelen and Associate Anissa Guerriere worked on behalf of the tenant, while Transwestern’s Nathan Durham, Paul Wittorf and Duane Henley represented the landlord.
