Gateway Towers I is the latest Indian property to try and dazzle luxury seekers. In attempting to do so, the luxurious residential development has associated itself with bedazzling giant Swarovski. The partnership will result in Swarovski providing extra sparkle to the ambitious residential development set in the second largest metropolitan concentration in Marahastra, a western region of India, after the city of Mumbai.

Amanora Gateway Towers I will redefine luxury in one of the emerging Indian markets through highly luxurious design and bold architecture. Part of the 400-acre Amanora Township, the luxury residential towers will offer residents 45 floors of Swarovski-branded, tech-laden living space. Resident amenities in the buildings will include fully digitized fixtures such as mood lighting, automated curtains, shop-from-home features, automated air-conditioning, as well as a digital locking system. The units will be fitted with Italian marble, decorative entrance doors, aluminum sliding windows, chrome polished fittings, premium sanitary ware, as well as broadband connectivity, power backup in all essential areas, and piped gas supplies with leak detectors.

The stepped design the towers employ allow for a seamless introduction of green terraces and sky bridges that complement the overall look of the entrance-shaped buildings. The 45 stories make the structures the tallest in the city of Pune, a feature that will be made even more evident once the towers will have been marveled by Swarovski. The two towers will be joined by three smaller structures, connected between each other by a third-level podium deck that will feature landscape features and entertainment zones.

The city of Pune is home to the largest number of software companies in the country, followed by the cities of Bangalore and Hyderabad, therefore catering to a vibrant city that is permanently connected to the latest in high-end technology. Furthermore, Pune is considered one of the fashion capitals of the East. The city’s 21 engineering colleges, the greatest number in the world for any city, provide a solid workforce in a cosmopolitan environment, with only around 38 percent of Pune’s residents being Maharashtrians.
