Hospitality Ventures Appoints New Director of Asset Management
During her career, Roxanne Rees has worked with important clients in the hospitality industry, including InterContinental, Ashford Hospitality and Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.

Hospitality Ventures Management Group has named Roxanne Rees director of asset management and analytics. Reese will be based in Atlanta and will develop and maintain operational reporting systems, as well as financial analyses for the company’s hotel portfolio, which grew by 12 select-service assets in spring.
Rees has been in the hotel business for more than 15 years, having worked for important clients such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Ashford Hospitality Trust and Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Prior to joining HVMG, she occupied a management position with InterContinental’s Americas Finance division. Rees’ responsibility was to provide analytical support to the company’s hotel portfolio in North America, which counts more than 3,000 assets.
“With their aggressive growth plans, HVMG promises to be an exciting next step for me,” said Rees in a prepared statement. The new director holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and a graduate one in real estate finance and development from Cornell University.
