Glassdoor Inc., a popular jobs and recruiting marketplace headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, is opening a brand new office in the Windy City early next year. The location of Glassdoor’s Chicago office—its fifth location worldwide—has not yet been announced, but the company expects to employ more than 250 people in the city over the next three years.

Glassdoor currently has offices in California, London, and Canton, Ohio. The company has also recently announced plans to open its European headquarters in Dublin in early 2016, where it will hire up to 100 employees.

The firm is actively recruiting Chicago-based sales executives, sales development representatives and sales account managers to start work in January 2016. Glassdoor employs more than 550 people overall and has raised approximately $160 million from Google Capital, Tiger Global, DAG Ventures, Benchmark, and others. More than one-third of the Fortune 500 companies use Glassdoor’s online platform.

“I’m proud of the culture we’ve created at Glassdoor, and we’re excited to extend our footprint in Chicago and grow our team of passionate and talented people,” said Robert Hohman, co-founder & CEO of Glassdoor.

“Chicago is a perfect match for Glassdoor’s location and hiring needs, with an incredibly high-skill and in-demand workforce that continues to attract companies from around the country to our state,” added Governor Bruce Rauner.
