Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has added two properties to its management and leasing portfolio, both comprising the office park at West Entrance Drive in Auburn Hills, Mich.: a three-story, 55,672-square-foot facility at 985 Entrance Drive and a three-story, 50,000-square-foot property at 1080 West Entrance Drive.
Both assets were built in the mid-1980s and feature open space plans and large parking lots. Their location, known as the Chrysler Fiat Headquarters, is visible from I-75 and offers easy access to several dining and shopping venues in the area. Other corporate tenants such as BorgWarner, Volkswagen, Molex, Faurencia and Fanuc Robotics have already signed the roster.
“We believe that (the buildings’) ‘move-in ready’ condition and unique location near both Chrysler and the expanding Oakland Technology Park make them appealing to tenants of all types,” said David Friedman, president & CEO of Friedman, in a prepared statement.
In March, Friedman arranged the sale of North Troy Corporate Park in Troy, Mich.
