Jacksonville, Fla.Cushman & Wakefield has been selected to handle leasing duties for a 244,000-square-foot industrial asset located at 9431 Florida Mining Blvd. East, in Jacksonville‘s Southside submarket. Company Director Tyler Newman and Associate Director Jacob Horsley will lead the leasing efforts on behalf of the landlord.

The warehouse is situated on a 17.9-acre site and was completed in 2005. Amenities include whole-building HVAC, 32- to 40-foot clear heights, full-building backup generator and 180 parking spaces.

The property is located in an area with intense retail activity, in close proximity to the I-95, I-295 and JAXPORT. “Its large office component, modern finishes, ideal location and potential for expansion could comfortably support a significant workforce and would be ideal for E-commerce or pharmaceutical uses,” said Newman in prepared remarks.
