Crescent Tapped to Manage Philly-Area Hilton Hotel

The 146-key hotel is adjacent to the Fort Washington Office Park, benefiting from the proximity of nearly six million square feet of Class A office space. Crescent will manage all operations of the hotel, including guest experience and food services.

Crescent Hotels & Resorts has been appointed to manage Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia/Ft. Washington. The company will oversee all operations of the hotel in Fort Washington, including overnight guest experience and the 6,000-square-foot meeting room. Additionally, Crescent will also manage the food and beverage services.

Located at 530 W. Pennsylvania Ave., the 146-key hotel is adjacent to the Fort Washington Office Park, benefiting from the proximity of nearly six million square feet of Class A office space. Property amenities include an outdoor patio with fire pit, fitness center, indoor pool and 24-hour business center.

The property recently underwent an extensive renovation of the lobby and outdoor seating areas, as well as significant upgrades to the guest rooms.
