Delinquencies continued to drop year-over-year as of June 2017, except for the lodging sector. Retail properties had the largest decline at $463 million, while office decreased by $270 million, multifamily by $246 million, and industrial by $47 million. Lodging delinquencies increased by $1 million.Â
