The Graham Companies selected CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent for its Town Center portfolio of office buildings in Miami Lakes. The portfolio includes The Promenade and Plaza Royale at 15100 and 15600 NW 67th Avenue, respectively, as well as Arbor Place and Laurel Court at 15450 and 15500 New Barn Road, respectively.
The buildings total 200,000 square feet in size and feature move-in condition suites, renovated common areas and four parking spaces for every 1,000 square feet. Situated in the suburban planned community of Miami Lakes, the Town Center portfolio is strategically located to serve both Miami and Broward counties with immediate access to I-75 and SR-826, and close proximity to I-95, the Turnpike and two Tri-Rail stations. There are a variety of restaurants, several banks, Gerardo’s Marketplace and Shula’s Hotel and Meeting Facilities within walking distance.
CBRE’s Carol Ellis-Cutler will be marketing the available space on behalf of the landlord.
