Downtown Dayton Duo Heads to Auction
Two office properties in Downtown Dayton will hit the auction block next month. CBRE Auction Services is selling the mid-rise class C office towers at 333 W. 1st St. and 349 W. 1st St., at an online auction, together with a 340-space attached parking garage. The minimum bid is $350,000.
$9M Boathouse Project to Transform Downtown Industrial Area
A Downtown Cleveland industrial area is about to be transformed into a place for walking, biking and boating. Mike Trebilcock, CEO of MCPc, Inc., his wife, Gina, and MCPc Family Charities, a non-profit associated with MCPc, Inc., have recently acquired a dozen industrial buildings in Cleveland’s Columbus Peninsula. They plan to turn the properties into a shared-use park, fitness center, and collegiate and youth boathouse.
Montgomery County’s New Public Safety Training Academy Breaks Ground
Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett joined numerous other local officials last week to celebrate the groundbreaking for the new Public Safety Training Academy. The facility is part of Montgomery County Multi Agency Service Park, another of Leggett’s Smart Growth Initiative projects expected to turn a former industrial area near the Shady Grove Metro station into an urban village.
