ASB Names New VP

Brian Chen joined the company in 2014 and holds more than nine years of commercial real estate experience under his belt. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Tishman Speyer and Booz Allen Hamilton.

ASB Real Estate Investments has promoted Brian Chen to vice president of capital investments. In his new role, he will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, conducting due diligence of potential real estate transactions and driving value creation by executing each investment’s business plan.

Wide-Ranging Expertise

Chen has more than nine years of experience in commercial real estate, having joined the company in 2014. Prior to working with ASB, he served as the director of Tishman Speyer—between 2008 and 2014 — where he oversaw all aspects related to leasing, asset management and acquisition of office properties in D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia. Chen also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton between 2004 and 2008, where he served as senior consultant. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and holds an MBA in Real Estate from George Washington University.
